Shipping + Returns

PJ Society is passionate about offering quality products - we want you to love your textiles as much as we do!

If you are needing to return one of our items, please ensure you identify which of the below processes is most appropriate and follow it accordingly to ensure that we are able to assist you as best we can. To get started send us an email at hello@shoppjsociety.com.

CHANGE OF MIND

Change of Mind returns are eligible for a product exchange or refund on all full-priced items within 15 days of receipt of goods. The item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credit notes on any discounted items purchased during sales.

All shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Returned items are subject to a $10 handling fee and will be deducted off of your return value. If you are unsure of a colour we recommend ordering swatches. If you are looking for a colour swatch please send us an email and we can process that for you to make sure the colour is perfect for your project! 

Shipping costs for Change of Mind returns are at the expense of the customer. 

 

FAULTY

In the unlikely event that your product arrives faulty or damaged we will happily honour a replacement or full refund providing the item is unused and returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

You will receive a refund in the original method of payment once we inspect the returned item. All returned items are donated to a local charity so we do require that they come back undamaged and unmarked. We have the right to refuse the return if the condition is deemed not appropriate. We do not accept gift card returns. 

If a product displays a manufacturing fault within 3 months of receipt of goods we will happily honour a replacement.

Please note that items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered faulty.

 

 

 

For Canadian orders, we use CANADA POST Expedited parcels. We provide free shipping and free returns for orders over $250 CAD.

For US orders, we use UPS and cover domestic ground shipping. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Returns are your responsibility, as well as any associated fees.

We can ship worldwide. International shipping can be quoted prior to checkout just send us an email at hello@shoppjsociety.com. Any returns or exchanges will be at your own cost.

Orders shipped anywhere outside of Canada can be subject to duties/customs, taxes and brokerage fees. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. PJ Society is not responsible for any charges of this nature including fees associated with returns or exchanges.
